Join Waterstone Mortgages Lighthouse Group in a remote Loan Partner II role supporting a Loan Officer based in Alaska. While this is a fully remote position, the preferred candidate resides in Alaska (or can consistently work Alaska business hours) to provide seamless support and exceptional service. You will guide clients from application through closing by taking complete applications, locking loans, coordinating pipeline meetings, managing documents in Encompass, and ensuring files are compliant and ready for processing.
You'll also provide proactive weekly updates to clients and partners, delivering a smooth, confident experience every step of the way. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and take pride in organized, detail-perfect work, we would love to have you on our team!
