Machine Operator - Pressing : Weekend Nights - Friday & Saturday 11p-11a and Monday & Tuesday 3p-11:30p

The Pressing Operator is responsible operating the pressing machine to separate chocolate liquor into cocoa butter and cocoa powder cakes.
