Executive Assistant

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As an Executive Assistant within our Supply Chain organization, you will support specific Senior Leadership within our function. You’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management, and providing the support necessary to help maximize their impact.

The leader(s) you support and their networks are set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities, including contribution to Supply Chain level project coordination.

You enjoy working within a high-paced and hyper-growth environment. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: You will be working directly with the leaders you support within our Supply Chain organization and will partner with a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team across the organization.
