Duties and Responsibilities

Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of benefits and ERISA claims with a focus on single plaintiff ERISA litigation. Federal court litigation skills are a plus ERISA or complex commercial litigation experience is preferred Experience with complex e-discovery is preferred Skills and Educational Requirements: JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials 3+ years of experience in benefits, class, or other types of sophisticated litigation preferred Current Louisiana Bar admission Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork​, along with ability to work independently on various projects #LI-Hybrid We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
