Board Operations Liaison

Working in close partnership with the President & CEO, Vice President, and Executive Team, the Board Operations Liaison role serves as the primary liaison to the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. This role owns the end-to-end planning and execution of Board operations and logistics, making decisions regarding processes, timelines, and coordination to ensure effective governance and alignment with organizational priorities.

The position directly advances the Foundation’s mission by strengthening board engagement, cultivating strong relationships with trustees and leadership, managing highly sensitive information with integrity, and driving the effectiveness and consistency of the Foundation’s governance systems and practices.
