Supervisor, Cell and Gene Therapy (GMP Lab)
Job description
We are looking for a Supervisor for our Cell and Gene Therapy department in Middleton, Wisconsin. This fully onsite role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, hiring, performance management, quality compliance, root cause analysis, and SOP implementation in a GMP laboratory environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
