HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Field Service Technicians are needed in the Ashville NC area. Operating out of a Service Vehicle that goes home at night, Techs will be responsible for installations, upgrades, repairs, and service of various residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.

Compensation

$25.00 - $33.00/hour Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus based on experience Service Vehicle goes home at night with the Tech Company Gas Card Weekly Pay Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, ST/LT Disability, Life and ADD Insurance) PTO and 10 paid Holidays 401k matching program On-going training Schedule: Days: Monday

• Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Overtime available as needed, after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. Create accurate repair estimates for customers. Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Mentor and train junior technicians. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

Adhere to all local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
