- 協助客戶辦理信用卡相關服務，包含了解客戶需求、解答疑問、處理申請及卡片問題
- 透過陌生拜訪及展售，開發新客戶並推廣本行信用卡及相關產品
- 參與公司培訓並持續精進銷售技巧
- 配合業務目標，完成各項業績指標
