Assistant Manager, Referral Coordinators

Primary responsibility is to work within established Life. Link Foundation, OPO, and regulating agency policies and procedures to direct the resources available to facilitate successful management of organ referrals. The Assistant Manager, Referral Coordinators will assist with the day-to-day oversight, mentoring, education, and evaluation of assigned Referral Coordinators.

The assistant manager will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, strategies, and action plans related to organ referral management. This position will function as a resource and support for all Recovery Services staff and will work in close collaboration with the Manager, Referral Coordinators.
