Being renowned within the industry for their reliability and dedication of service, they have increased their market share and are now seeking to employ a suitable and motivated Sales Estimator to join their growing team. The Position… You will be responsible for attending various work sites to perform site measure-ups, prepare quotations, update the CRM, undertake new business development and where possible support client retention.

Further responsibilities include: Ensuring quotations are followed up Understand why quotations were unsuccessful Enhance existing systems/work practices Solve problems as they arise Proactively engage with clients The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have Sales estimation, Sales or Account Management experience or similar along with the following; Minimum of the 2 years sales estimating, sales or account management experience Experience developing proposals or quotes (mandatory) Experience in the building or construction industry (preferable) High level communication skills including oral, written and interpersonal, and the ability to interact with all levels, including internal, external stakeholders and customers Prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, maintain scheduled tasks, and respond to requests promptly.

Computing Skills – Typing, Microsoft Office (particularly excel), Outlook, organising electronic files, CRM’s Professional "Can-do" attitude. In addition to the above, the candidate needs to demonstrate the following qualities: Honesty, Trustworthy, Reliable, Results Driven, Willingness to continue to learn in an ever-changing environment; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
