  • Be part of an organization committed to improving healthcare delivery What You'll Do As a key member of our healthcare team, you will support both front and back-office operations while helping create an exceptional patient experience. Clinical Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient histories and document information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Measure and record vital signs
  • Assist providers during examinations and treatments
  • Performance of CLIA waived POC testing, maintain compliance standards
  • Administer medications and vaccines as directed
  • Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection when appropriate
  • Prepare and stock examination rooms
  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment according to established protocols
  • Review provider instructions and educational materials with patients Patient Experience & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and create a positive, professional first impression
  • Verify eligibility, coverage, and required documentation
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care services
  • Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions or concerns
  • Accurately relay messages and coordinate communication with providers and staff
  • Timely & courteous response to Provider and patient inquiries
  • Support wellness events and health promotion activities as needed Team Collaboration
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
  • Cross-train in additional services and workflows
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality patient care What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting a positive team culture. Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of front and back office Medical Assistant experience
  • Proficiency in phlebotomy
  • Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work scheduled clinic hours Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent certification
  • Experience in primary care, occupational health, preventive medicine, or employer-sponsored health clinics
  • Experience supporting wellness programs and health screenings
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Success in This Role Looks Like
