Associate Project Manager

Administers and manages construction projects on City-owned facilities. Participates in the planning, cost estimating, budgeting, scoping, and design of assigned projects. Manages construction, inspection, and closeout of assigned projects and assists other City staff on large projects. Projects are often single-phase and take less than three months to complete.

Projects include but are not limited to installation of key building components, landscaping, painting, and other exterior improvements.
