Job description
This role includes answering both emergency and non emergency calls. Coordinating ambulances to respond to both emergency and non emergency situations. Communicate with outside agencies to summon assistance to the responding agency and communicate with EMS Supervisors. Communicate and coordinate with facilities to set up transfer of patients to other facilities.
