FAP Support Specialist

JOB OPENING Title: FAP Support Specialist Location: Ansbach, Germany Start Date: Immediately Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency). Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and Customer Service experience The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.) Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.

JOB DESCRIPTION Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services. Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence) Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database. DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status This position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
