Medical Director, Part-time

PART-TIME MEDICAL DIRECTOR Location Highland, CA Employment Type Part-Time - 16 hours/week Compensation $175,000/year Stallant Health & Wellness is inviting applications for a part time physician to join our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This role involves providing patient care, as well as serving as Medical Director, offering guidance and oversight to our Advanced Practice Providers.

Duties would include: Providing direct patient care Serving as Medical Director, including oversight and supervision of Advanced Practice Provider(s) (APP’s) Chart reviews of APP(s) Collaborating with clinic leadership to ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards. Supporting and promoting Stallant’s emphasis on preventive and lifestyle medicine.

Collaborating with admin on development of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Fostering a positive, supportive, and inspiring work environment consistent with Stallant’s mission and values.

Qualifications
