Job description
The Business Analyst will serve as a strategic analytics partner to Client Services and Operations by transforming large volumes of operational and financial data into executive-level dashboards, visual reports, and actionable business intelligence. Success in this role requires someone who can identify patterns, uncover root causes, anticipate emerging issues, and confidently communicate insights to senior leadership and customers. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Power BI, SSRS, Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization, dashboard creation and performance analytics, with the ability to influence operational decisions through thoughtful analysis rather than simply producing reports.
