Branch Counter & Keyholder

Counter Sales Keyholder Multi Sales | Portland, Oregon | Full time, direct hire $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience Enjoy helping customers solve problems and keeping a branch running smoothly? At Multi Sales, you’ll work directly with customers who rely on door and gate automation products, support the warehouse, and take responsibility for opening or closing the branch when needed.

Product training and opportunities to take on more responsibility. What you’ll do Help customers at the counter, by phone, and by email; recommend products and provide accurate pricing and availability. Prepare quotes and sales orders, process payments and returns, and follow through on customer requests. Open or close the branch when assigned, following established procedures and completing end-of-day tasks.

Support order pulling, shipping, receiving, inventory, customer pickups, and an organized, safe warehouse. Work with the Branch Manager to resolve issues, improve branch operations, and build lasting customer relationships. What you’ll bring At least two years of industrial counter sales or similar customer-facing sales experience, plus two years of warehouse operations experience.

Experience with quotes, orders, returns, and point-of-sale transactions; forklift experience is required. A dependable, customer-focused approach and the judgment to follow procedures when working independently. Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning technical products; ERP experience is preferred, and Epicor Solar Eclipse is a plus.

A valid driver’s license/DOT clearance and ability to lift to 50 pounds. Keyholder, lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.
