We're growing fast, and we're looking for a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to join us part-time and help our clients and families do their best work in therapy. Established, steady referrals — build a full caseload quickly instead of starting from zero.

What You'll Do

Provide psychotherapy — deliver high-quality in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on clinical need and treatment plans. Manage your caseload — maintain a caseload of approximately 24 clients with consistent, patient-centered care. Meet a manageable productivity standard — maintain a minimum of 20 billable clinical hours per week while balancing quality of care and documentation.

Collaborate across disciplines — work directly with our in-house psychiatric staff, therapists, and other providers through regular consultation and coordinated care. Keep documentation current — complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in line with organizational policy and professional/regulatory standards. Grow with your peers — take part in peer case consultations, monthly trainings, and team-based learning.

What You'll Need

Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program. Active, unrestricted CA license with the Board of Psychology as a Psychologist. Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience in outpatient mental health or private practice. A genuine commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships and meaningful client outcomes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in growing long-term within a private practice.
