Promote-from-within culture What You'll Do Conduct multi-point inspections Complete used vehicle reconditioning services to ensure vehicles meet dealership quality and safety standards. Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems, including brakes, suspension, HVAC, electrical, and engine components. Accurately document inspections, repair recommendations, and completed work orders. Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to verify proper operation and repair quality.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of professional automotive technician experience required Honda or similar brand experience Understand on how to perform multi-point inspections Strong electronic diagnostic skills ASE certifications preferred or willingness to obtain Maintain productivity and efficiency goals Valid driver's license with clean driving record Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The flat rate pay range for this position is $25 - $70 an hour actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
