Construction Project Manager - North West Europe

Job title: Construction Project Manager – North West Europe Location: Amsterdam / Hybrid Hours: Full-time Why join us? Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, including relocations, refurbishments, and new builds, from inception to completion. Take charge of project budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Provide strategic updates and reports to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions. Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality by conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Represent the company in industry forums, enhancing your professional network and our business's public profile.

The team This role is a key part of the Global REFM (Real Estate & Facilities Management) team , reporting to the Senior Construction Project Manager. You will be instrumental in delivering the strategic agenda for Mars Petcare's 2030 goals. You'll work in a dynamic environment, covering the North West Europe region (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, the Senior Cost and Programme Manager, and Regional PMO teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

What we're looking for

8+ years in a Construction Project Delivery leadership role with proven success in delivering projects on time and to budget. Strong knowledge of EU, French, Danish, Dutch, Belgian, and Swedish construction health and safety legislation. Experience with diverse project types, including developer-led projects, greenfield, refurbishments, and asset replacement roll-outs.

Willingness to travel across Europe as required for project success.

Nice to have

Pan-European project scope experience and multilingual skills (especially English + French / Dutch / Danish / Swedish) are strong assets.
