Project Accountant

We are seeking a Project Accountant II to work out of our West Allis, WI office. The Project Accountant II performs general accounting work including recording of routine accounting transactions and assisting in the preparation of the financial reports and in the analysis and interpretations of accounting records for use by management.

The Project Accountant II is responsible for costing records including preparation of journal entries, review and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, set up and maintenance of Project records, cost accounting and collections. The position serves as a key partner in the finance department and provides tactical and strategic analysis with recommendations that drive profitability improvement or enhance operational efficiencies.
