Job description
Performs electrical and mechanical up-keep and repairs to facilities buildings and equipment. Troubleshoots, diagnoses and makes necessary repairs. Must be able to operate overhead cranes, milling machine, lathe, forklifts, manlifts and perform cutting and welding as needed. Work closely with facilities groups in all aspects of the job.
Assists in setting up and maintaining an ongoing preventive maintenance program for the facility. Maintains an organized, safe and clean work area.
