Work where it Matters! Location: Bend Compensation: $38.84/hour- Exempt (plus .50 for Bilingual Spanish) Hours: 40 hours/week Benefits: 100% premium paid Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Agency paid Retirement plan (up to 6 %!), almost 2 weeks of paid vacation accrued within first year, plus 14 paid Holidays annually and a separate sick leave accrual.

Impact’s Supportive Service’s Overview The Supportive Services Department works to strengthen the well-being and stability of children, families, and individuals throughout Central Oregon by connecting them with essential resources and support. The department provides services that help meet basic needs, including diaper assistance, foster family supports, family stabilization resources, and health-related social needs programs.
Through a prevention-focused approach, Supportive Services partners with families and community organizations to reduce barriers, promote long-term stability, and ensure vulnerable children and families have access to the resources they need to thrive.
Overview
The SS Client Services Manager is responsible for in person oversight of daily operations and staffing of ODHS-funded family support and child welfare programs, and its program participants, with primary responsibility for managing Neighbor. Impact's contract and working relationship with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Human Services, or a related field required; or a bachelor's degree in another field combined with five years of direct experience in case management or related services. Minimum of two years of work experience in social services and case management, oversight and delivery required Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, determined by testing, required Passion for helping others and a desire to work in an organization that serves families experiencing poverty and involvement with the child welfare system required Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required Required prior to date of hire and throughout employment: Valid driver’s license Proof of current auto insurance Access to reliable transportation required Satisfactory criminal background check required Satisfactory motor vehicle records check required Preferred: Experience managing government or ODHS contracts and grant reporting preferred
