MS4 Plan Reviewer & Compliance Coordinator

The purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit requirements, stormwater regulations, applicable design standards, and perform technical review of development, construction, and redevelopment plans. Evaluates stormwater management systems and best management practices (BMPs), provides technical guidance to stakeholders, and supports the protection of water quality, flood prevention, and sustainable stormwater management throughout the County.

Will work under general supervision according to some procedures but the employee will decide how or when to complete tasks.
