Job description
Learn and support day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing, and patient services Assist in coordinating patient flow and departmental activities Support implementation and monitoring of SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols Work closely with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff to ensure smooth operations Assist in handling patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives Participate in daily rounds, audits, and operational reviews Support inventory monitoring and departmental reporting Assist in maintaining operational records and documentation Learn hospital compliance requirements, accreditation standards, and quality processes Support HR-related activities such as attendance tracking, staff coordination, and training programs Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Requirements MHA, MBA (Healthcare Management), BHA, or related qualification Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of healthcare experience can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn hospital operations Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Good analytical and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive salary based on qualifications and skills Comprehensive on-the-job training Exposure to end-to-end hospital operations Career growth and leadership development opportunities Supportive and professional work environment Training & Growth Opportunity Structured exposure to all major hospital departments Hands-on learning under experienced hospital administrators and department heads Training in hospital operations, patient experience, quality, compliance, and reporting Performance-based growth opportunity to become an Operations Manager within 6 months
