________________________________________ What You'll Do Answer phones and take catering orders with confidence and thorough menu knowledge Guide customers through menu options and help them create the perfect spread Coordinate with managers and team members to ensure every order is accurate and on time Package orders beautifully — presentation matters as much as the food Make sure every delivery goes out on time and leaves a great impression Be a true Urbane Cafe ambassador — exceptional service, every single time Actively market our catering offerings and help grow the department Develop the catering program to its full potential Support teammates wherever you're needed ________________________________________ What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office experience Strong communication and people skills Basic math and organizational skills Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs Bilingual English/Spanish a plus ________________________________________ What You Get Competitive hourly pay plus tips — up to $4/hr extra just in tips Monday through Friday schedule — weekends are yours!

Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.
