Functional Testing

Requirements

Required Skills 4–8 years of experience in Functional Testing. Strong experience in Banking Domain (Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, or Wealth Management). Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and data analysis.

Experience in preparing test plans, test cases, test execution, and defect tracking. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Quality Center. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to automation testing tools/frameworks is an added advantage. Knowledge of Banking regulations, payment systems, and financial transactions. Experience in UAT support and stakeholder management.
