Social Media and AI Content Specialist - Bulgarian Speaker - Relocate to Greece

Responsibilities

Depending on your strengths and final team placement, your daily workflow will include: Content Moderation & Safety: Reviewing user-generated content, comments, and media to ensure they align with community guidelines and safety policies. AI Training & Prompt Engineering: Creating text and voice prompts to test and evaluate AI system behaviors, ensuring technology responds safely and responsibly.

Platform Integrity: Investigating user reports regarding policy violations, intellectual rights, or platform abuse. Customer Support: Assisting users with account access, billing queries, and technical troubleshooting via chat and email.

Requirements

Native or C1-level fluency in Bulgarian , with strong written communication skills. English Skills: At least a B2/C1 level of English (used for your initial training and accessing internal knowledge bases). Tech & Pop Culture Savvy: Frequent user of social media platforms, with a solid grasp of internet slang, modern memes, and digital trends.

Skills: A typing speed of 30+ WPM, great critical thinking, and the emotional resilience to handle sensitive digital content professionally.

Education

University graduates from any stream are welcome! Mindset: Adaptable, flexible, and genuinely excited about relocating to Greece.
