Payroll Specialist – SaaS | Jayanagar, Bengaluru Experience: 3+ Years Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Job Summary: Looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong experience in Indian payroll and statutory compliance. This is a client-facing role handling multiple payroll accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients Act as SPOC for payroll-related activities Handle salary processing, F&F, reimbursements, and deductions Ensure compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity) Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and statutory filings Resolve payroll queries and support audits Requirements Requirements: 3+ years in Indian payroll processing Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws Experience with HRMS/payroll software Good communication & stakeholder management Strong Excel and analytical skills Preferred: Experience in payroll outsourcing Immediate joiners preferred
