  • Home Health- Decatur, GA Salary: $35/hour Weekly Pay Location: Decatur, GA and surrounding area 6:00am-4:30pm Mon

What You Will Do

As a vital member of our home health team, you will:

  • Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each client’s unique needs
  • Monitor health conditions and document changes in clinical status
  • Administer medications and perform wound care
  • Deliver G-tube, trach, or vent support when required
  • Educate and guide clients and families to support ongoing health at home
  • Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care Who We Are Looking For
  • Licensed as an LPN and in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing
  • Experienced in a clinical setting, with at least one year preferred
  • Certified in CPR
  • Skilled in EMR documentation, with strong organizational ability
  • Confident working independently in a home environment
  • Compassionate, client-focused, and a strong communicator
  • Experienced with G-tube, trach, or vent care
