Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role Manage company-wide salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefit packages Analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings Develop and update HR policies related to pay and benefits Provide expert advice on compensation matters to managers and HR team members Oversee the administration of employee benefit claims and inquiries Create and deliver presentations on compensation and benefits to various audiences Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and projects Monitor costs and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in HR programs Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits Participate in industry groups to stay current on HR trends and best practices Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field At least 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with HR management systems is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication skills also in English, both in written as well as in verbal #We.
