Necco has an opportunity for a career as Bridges Liaison. The Bridges Liaison serves as the primary case management professional for emancipated and transitional-aged youth enrolled in the Bridges Program. This position partners closely with young adults, community providers, housing resources, employers, educational institutions, and internal teams to develop individualized plans that promote stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
The Bridges Liaison provides services in office, home, school, employment, and community settings while maintaining compliance with all program, state, and agency requirements.
