Community Health Aide Trainee, I, II, III, IV, Practitioner - Indian Creek Clinic

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Community Health Aide is responsible for providing acute, chronic, emergency, and preventive medical health care to Village residents under the direction of the medical doctors in Anchorage and according to the CHA/P Manual. The CHA Trainee (CHA-T) level is a training classification for those who do not yet qualify as CHA I.

The CHA I, II, III, IV and Practitioner are expected to operate within the guidelines of the CHA/P Manual and their level of training and the scope of practice consistent with their level of training. CHA II, III, IV and Practitioner are also expected to act within the limits of their Standing Orders (SO) when applicable.
