A Mechanical Engineering Lead ensures technical solutions meet project requirements on quality and timeline, drives design teams to resolve gaps, and acts as the internal expert on customer needs. They validate third-party equipment, mitigate risks, and support both local and remote facilities through strategic collaboration and design oversight.
