The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing insurance and patient accounts receivable to ensure timely reimbursement and collection of outstanding balances. This position performs claim follow-up, denial resolution, patient collections, account research, and customer service activities to support timely reimbursement and account resolution.
