Job description

Responsible for the HR operations of overseas employees and Chinese expatriates, including cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits, supplier management, etc.;
Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management), conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis, and promote process compliance and efficiency;
Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, output standardized toolkits, and continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience;
Maintain HR system data, ensure data integrity, support overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and provide local data insight support for the headquarters.
