Clinician 2 (Hourly)

• Maintain assigned caseload; Providing direct care to patients/residents – including assessments, individual counseling, discharge and aftercare planning, treatment plans and updates, weekly progress notes, daily groups facilitation, group note completion, and completion of bio-psychosocial assessments. 32 hours 2nd shift
• F Saturday - 1-930p Sunday - 1-930p Monday - 1-930p.
