Residential Specialist - 1st Shift - Hilltop Recovery Residence

FULL TIME position on day shift (7:00am-3:30pm) is currently available. Opportunity to join a dynamic team working in a therapeutic community for individuals experiencing challenges in functioning due to emotional or social distress. We are looking for active, creative, flexible and dependable people to teach independent living skills, socialization and community integration in the Bellows Falls area.

Individuals must be open to role modeling engagement with all aspects of Hilltop's programming. Some examples of Hilltop's program activities are, gardening/yard work, walking/ running and hiking/skiing. Applicants with relevant bachelor's degree and /or residential mental health experience preferred. The pay range for this position is $20-$23.

25 per hour.
