Deans Services Do you enjoy working outdoors, seeing immediate results from your hard work, and helping keep customers’ properties looking their best? Begin a rewarding career in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance with Deans Services. We value teamwork and take pride in delivering a clean, professional cut on every property. Training & Pay Training lasts up to two weeks. After training, you'll serve as a flexible mowing technician assisting the Crew Leader wherever needed. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge. Advancement opportunities include Crew Assistant and Crew Leader positions.
