Job description
This position directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in the mine. This position has the responsibility to ensure safe work practices, quality standards, and procedures are followed as well as ensuring high productivity from this department.
This position ensures effective maintenance scheduling and employee development.
