What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Coordinate day-to-day materials-related activities for order demands including maintaining material tracking reports Avoid materials shortage and balance inventory level base on forecast Work collaboratively with Procurement to ensure the material requirements are delivered to vendors.

Monitor project material receipt, consolidation and release and provide reporting for the business manager. Expedite inbound and outbound material deliveries to ensure all requirements are met. Work collaboratively with other materials staff, warehouse staff, and project groups to ensure corporate and departmental objectives are achieved.

Work collaboratively with production staff to ensure the schedule requirements are delivered and execution timely. Liaise as required with Project Services and Accounts Payable departments, as well as other internal business units. Assist with developing, communicating, maintaining, and improving policies, procedures and standard templates for the materials processes.

Qualification: Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in business, materials management, or supply chain operations, or related field preferred. 3 + years’ experience in material planning and execution required. SAP MM module experience required APICS certification preferred Proven ability to communicate written and orally, collaborate and interact professionally with all levels in an organization Demonstrated analytical skills to support problem solving and decision making Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution including the ability to address difference of opinions or facts and use the most appropriate method to reach an effective solution Demonstrated project management skills to develop plans, meet deadlines, coordinate work groups and handle multiple demands.
