Commis Chef - Burger

Kitopi is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef experienced in burgers to join our culinary team! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and want to grow your skills with a company that truly invests in its people, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes from various international cuisines.

Follow recipes, standards, and hygiene practices. Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section. Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Chef. Experience in Burgers and similar is a must. Strong knowledge of food safety & hygiene. Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
