in Plano, TX 75093 Work fully onsite with occasional visits to commercial project sites Complete detailed commercial plumbing takeoffs using project plans, specifications, and bid documents Manage assigned bids and general contractor relationships throughout the estimating process Organize estimating folders, plans, specifications, bid documents, and other project information Prepare and complete accurate commercial plumbing estimates while meeting required bid deadlines Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and construction documents to determine project scope and requirements Coordinate estimating-related information and communications with the estimating team and other stakeholders Maintain ownership of assigned estimates and ensure bid information remains accurate, complete, and organized Support project handoff after award to help ensure a smooth transition from estimating to project execution Represent Salas Plumbing’s standards for quality, customer focus, leadership, safety, and teamwork Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.

At least 1 year of relevant experience 3+ years of relevant commercial plumbing or estimating experience preferred Journeyman / Master Plumber license or equivalent commercial plumbing field experience preferred Commercial plumbing, estimating, or other relevant trade experience Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, installation practices, and construction processes Ability to read and interpret plumbing plans, blueprints, specifications, and related construction documents Ability to complete commercial plumbing takeoffs and estimates accurately Ability to organize and manage assigned bids, estimating documents, and deadlines Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned estimating responsibilities Trimble, Auto.
