Responsibilities

Are you a well-rounded Culinarian with passion for creativity? As a member of our culinary team, at Truth and Tonic you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest, clean, organic ingredients, techniques and presentations that make us exceptional. You will be primarily responsible for assisting the preparation of either hot food or ready to eat products for our guests as well as maintaining kitchen sanitation to Healthy Department standards.

You will work closely with our pastry bakers and prep cooks to produce vibrant and appetizing cuisine for our gues Truth and Tonic is open for breakfast and lunch daily from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm Qualifications 2-3 years of cooking experience, don't worry, we will train you on our style of cooking. If you are looking to work where someone cares about what a guest eats, then this is where you should be.

You will need to have a mature, outgoing attitude and take pride in our standards of excellent food service.
