Job description
The Interventionist assesses the waiver participant by completing an Adaptive Assessment and a Functional Behavioral Assessment. The Interventionist develops an Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) based on the assessment utilizing exclusively evidence-based practices. The Interventionist trains the treatment team to implement the intervention(s) and collect detailed data regarding the client’s progress.
