Handle a compelling set of personal injury cases. Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers. Work under attorneys' supervision in a team environment. Utilize excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Use proficient computer skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.

Experience you will need: Extensive experience in settlement negotiations, preferably for a plaintiff personal injury law firm's clients. Alternatively, experience in negotiating liability claims on behalf of an insurance carrier. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Proficient computer skills.
