Position Summary

• Responsible for promoting, organizing, collecting quality improvement information.

Education

• Associate’s degree Licenses and Certification
• Current Illinois RN License Experience and Skills
• Technical Experience: 5 years Role Specific Responsibilities Collects system-wide, hospital-based, and medical staff performance data and compares with internal and external sources Identifies potential quality issues and presents data to support findings Extracts and quantifies clinical information from comparative databases for reporting and monitoring quality of care Responsible for submitting and verifying quality abstracted data for the core measure sets and other quality data assigned Meets all required deadlines Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $61110.4 To $94723.2 To access our Benefits Guide/Plan Information, please click the link below: http://www.sih.net/careers/benefits
