Job description
The Senior Business Analyst supports Enterprise Delivery by shaping work before and during delivery. This role translates business needs into clear requirements, supports discovery, improves scope clarity, and ensures initiatives are sufficiently understood before they move into planning and execution. The SBA role is critical to improving intake quality, reducing ambiguity, supporting discovery readiness, and ensuring delivery teams are not starting work with unclear scope, weak requirements, unresolved decisions, or incomplete stakeholder alignment.
