Job description
The HR Advisor is a permanent full-time role located in Acheson and serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees leveraging a deep understanding of business needs to deliver strategic and operational human resources support. Reporting to the Team Lead, HR Operations, this role provides expert guidance on HR programs, policies, practices, employee relations, as well as recruitment and onboarding. The role is integral within the HR team to provide expertise and guidance in all HR related matters to all levels of the organization. The role also leads HR projects and initiatives, and translates business needs into impactful talent strategies supporting organizational goals and drive employee engagement, performance and growth.
