We’re calling for Expressions of Interest for two exciting opportunities in our high-performing Member Experience Team: Member Experience Advisor Be the trusted voice of GMHBA.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service across phone, email and webchat, helping members understand their health insurance and feel confident in their cover. You’ll: Manage inbound enquiries with empathy and professionalism Provide clear, tailored advice on products and benefits Take ownership of queries and resolve them efficiently Work towards team KPIs in a supportive, fast-paced environment Represent the GMHBA brand with warmth and confidence Perfect for someone who thrives in customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and loves creating positive member experiences.

Member Sales & Retention Advisor Drive growth. Build relationships. Make an impact. This role blends service with sales — focusing on new member growth, retention and strengthening relationships across GMHBA brands. You’ll: Engaging with new and existing members via inbound and outbound campaigns to understand their needs and recommend tailored Private Health Insurance solutions.

Responding to inbound enquiries from prospective members, providing product information and assisting them in selecting the right cover. Conducting outbound retention calls to engage existing members, offer support, and proactively address potential cancellations or concerns. Achieve and exceed sales and retention targets.

Maintaining accurate member records and following compliance requirements in all communications.
